Magical Meeting - 30 Minutes with a Princess
Recommended Size: 1-8 children
This 30-minute meet-and-greet package is a great, budget-friendly option for smaller celebrations. A princess of your choice will spend half an hour engaging in the magical activities listed below:
Character Meet & Greet: Upon arrival at your child’s celebration, your chosen princess will greet all of the guests with kind words and royal hugs. She’ll spend the next few minutes taking posed photos and signing autographs on souvenir autograph cards provided by Fairest Wish.
Interactive Storytime: After the meet and greet, the princess will invite all of the little ones to gather around for a story. But the princess won’t just sit and read from a book — she’ll invite the children to participate and help bring the story to life through imaginative movement, sound effects, character voices, and fun call-and-response moments! The storytime is a great way to allow little ones to warm up to the princess and get their burning questions answered (ex. how many dresses do you have?)!
Sing-a-Long: The sing-a-long is the highlight of every princess party! Your chosen princess will lead the group in singing and dancing to 2-4 songs from her movie. At Fairest Wish, princesses sing along to a recorded track while performing choreographed movements to all of their greatest hits. This format allows the princess to better engage with the children and makes for adorable photos as they dance alongside her! Live singing may be available upon request, but is only recommended for older children or more formal events. Note: Fairest Wish provides a speaker and microphone for the princess to use at every party.
TIP: The storytime and sing-along are the best opportunities to capture adorable candid photos and videos. Keep your camera ready for the precious goodbye hug at the end of the party, too!
Happy Birthday Song & Cake Cutting: During the last few minutes of your celebration, the princess will gather all guests to sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake. This is a great opportunity to take a family portrait with the princess and snap any other last-minute pictures. Once the children are settled in with their cake, the princess will say her goodbyes and take her leave.
OPTIONAL Face Glitter: Princesses always carry face glitter with them for little ones who love a bit of extra sparkle! If time permits and parents approve, the princess will apply a gentle, non-irritating mixture of aloe vera and glitter to the children’s faces. The glitter does not stain and washes off with a bit of warm water. Parents can choose to opt in or out of face glitter before the party!

Enchanting Encounter - 60 Minutes with a Princess
Recommended Size: 8+ children
This 1-hour experience is my #1 most booked package for a reason! This option is great for mid-to-large parties and for those looking to shine an extra special spotlight on their birthday child. You’ll get all of the activities included in the 30-minute package, plus the Wishing Ceremony and Royal Coronation. These 2 experiences are special to Fairest Wish, and they will make your child feel like a princess or prince right out of a storybook:
Wishing Ceremony: The princess will lead the children through a special, scripted ceremony that teaches them about the power of dreaming big and believing in themselves. Each and every child will have the opportunity to make their special wish upon a star and be sprinkled with magical fairydust (a bit of gold glitter!). The Wishing Ceremony is one of Fairest Wish’s proudest creations—it’s an intimate, heartfelt experience that brings princess magic to life and envelops you and your little one in joy and childlike wonder.
Royal Coronation: This is the moment the birthday child has been waiting for! After completing their group Royalty Lessons (ex. learning how to curtsy and bow) and taking the Princess Promise, the birthday child will be invited forward to be crowned an Honorary Prince or Princess to celebrate their special day! They will receive a keepsake tiara or crown and a special certificate that they will cosign with the princess. The coronation concludes with the opportunity for the child to take an official Royal Portrait with the princess.

Royal Gathering - 90 Minutes with a Princess
Recommended Size: 10+ children
This 90-minute experience is a great way to enhance your celebration and make every child feel like royalty! In addition to all of the activities included in the 60-minute package, your chosen princess will spend an additional 30 minutes making your little ones feel bippity boppity beautiful:
Magical Makeovers: Your child's royal makeover will include face glitter, temporary princess tattoos, glitter hairspray, and a mini jar of sparkly lip gloss to apply and keep! All products used are non-toxic, kid-friendly, and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between uses.

This 2-hour experience is perfect for those seeking entertainment for the full duration of their child’s party. After the Magical Makeovers are complete, the princess will invite the children to gather around for an engaging craft:
Themed Craft: The princess will provide a themed craft for all of the children to personalize. For example, the Snow Queen might bring along snowflake ornaments to color! Or the Fairest Princess might bring along tiaras to bedazzle! While your little ones work, the princess will regale them with stories of her royal adventures!

General Tips for a Successful Princess Party:
The princess will usually complete activities in the order listed above. However, she may adjust the activity schedule to better accommodate the children or the event space. If there’s a particular way you’d like her to do things, be sure to communicate your requests before the party!
Please encourage all adult guests to refrain from remarks that might ruin the magic or cause the princess to break character. Examples include:
“What’s your real name?”
“Wow, you are such a good performer! They are really buying your act!”
“Do you take tips via cash or card?”
Any logistical matters pertaining to the party (tipping, order of activities, etc.) should be handled in a private location away from children, as these can also break the illusion!
Horse-drawn carriages are expensive these days, so the princess will have to drive to your house or party venue in a car. To preserve the magic, don’t let your child see the princess exiting or entering their car! Keep children inside and/or away from parking areas during the princess’s arrival and departure. It’s these little details that keep the magic alive!
Parents are encouraged to be fully present and take in the experience alongside their children. It’s a truly magical and sometimes emotional experience to watch your little one meet their favorite princess!
